Fearless HR is a great book. It is well-written, accessible, thoroughly researched and inspiring. I believe the word “fearless” in the title refers to the ‘bold steps’ an HR needs to take while subjugating the forced infamous myths about HR. In this book, the author has quoted copious examples and provided several tools that can come handy for HR professionals driving a winning talent strategy in their businesses. "Fearless HR" creates the context for talent and innovation to flourish and bases itself on one simple premise: HR at its core is about productivity improvement and driving business results through any company’s most important asset—its people.
The book has a strategic and operational perspective if one is interested in improving services. For the practitioner there is solid advice and a number of tools that can be used day-one; again, focusing on driving business results. This is a must-read for those HR professionals who want to impact the business more strategically and change the conversation from one based to cost to one based on value delivered. Rating – 4/5.
